CPI has officially opened Balance Hall Office Park, adding an additional 16,000 square meters to the existing buildings, which started to receive tenants in December 2019. The office complex, located along the Vaci ut corridor, now offers nearly 35,000 square meters of office space, and has an occupancy rate of 90%. According to the investor, Balance Hall offers tenants the most up-to-date indoor spaces as well as user and environmentally friendly technical solutions. The construction cost amounted to EUR 31 million and has received a āVery Goodā BREEAM rating.
