Skanska has registered three of its office buildings in Bucharest for WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. The assessment system takes into account the office space’s quality and safety standards, which have been adjusted to reduce the transmission of high-risk diseases and to facilitate the creation of a healthy and safe working environment. The first Skanska projects that are set to receive this certification in the coming months include nine buildings in the CEE region: Equilibrium, Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 in Romania; Parkview in the Czech Republic; Brama Miasta I and II, Spark B, Centrum Poludnie Phase I and Wave A in Poland.
