SoftwareONE has leased 570 sqm at the Wola Retro office complex in Warsaw. Brookfield Partners represented the IT company during the lease process. The tenant will move in in February 2021.The investment is located at the corner of the Skierniewicka and Siedmiogrodzka streets and offers 24,000 sqm of office space. There is underground parking for 308 cars as well as surface parking for external clients.
