A dozen low-energy family duplexes are being built in Klecany, just to the north of Prague. Each of the double homes has its own plot, and both homes have their own yard of between 348 sqm and 496 sqm. The developer is the company Bydleni – Kasarna, which has entrusted the sale of the homes exclusively to Luxent – Exclusive Properties. Each home has its own entrance while the individual yards are shaped so as to maximize privacy from their closest neighbors. All homes are being delivered with installed ceramic terraces and a wooden pergola to offer shade and protection. Customers will be able to choose between 4- and 5-bedroom units and each with the homes offering roughly 130 sqm over two floors. The homes have been designed for maximum energy efficiency, including triple-pane windows and electric shades included in the basic price.
