Wilcza 19, a 19th-century tenement house that was recently refurbished by RealCo Property Investment and Development, has secured a use permit. The investment offers 42 apartments on six floors. The apartments range in size from 34 sqm to 111 sqm and are finished to a high, ready-to-move-in standard. A wide choice of interior design options include floor and wall coverings, bathroom fittings and ceramics, internal doors, fitted wardrobes, as well as kitchen furniture and equipment. All apartments have individual storage rooms, and some parking spaces are available in the underground garage. MAAS Projekt was responsible for the architectural design, while 2-k Architektura designed the interior of the project.
