TeraPlast SA, in partnership with Alfa Construct Partners, is planning to develop a residential project with 240 apartments in Bistrita. The scheme will go up on TeraPlast’s old platform. The manufacturer of construction materials operated on the site until 2011. Under the partnership agreement, TeraPlast is providing the land, while Alfa Construct Partners will build the apartments at its own expense. The project will be developed in four stages and will include six housing blocks and more than 350 parking spaces. The project will include roadways, pedestrian streets, green spaces and a children’s playground.
