Spanish real estate developer Ospinas has completed the Pipera Gardens residential complex in northern Bucharest. The project includes 36 houses with five or six rooms over a built area of 205 sqm. The design of the new residential complex was made in collaboration with the architect Laura Baloiu and Spanish architecture studio NB90 Arquitectura. This is the third real estate project developed by Ospinas in Bucharest. The company’s portfolio also includes the Occidentului40 residential complex and the Regina Elisabeta 28 office building.
