OTCF has extended its lease on 3,000 sqm at the Diamante Plaza office building in Krakow. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the owner of the 4F fashion brand during the lease process. Located in the Zablocie post-industrial area of Krakow, Diamante Plaza was completed in 2009. The building offers 10,000 sqm of office space. The investment was designed by DDJM. BNP Paribas Real Estate is the exclusive office leasing agent for Diamante Plaza.
