A ceremony marked the end of the construction of the shell for one of the most important new office buildings in Sofia. The start of active construction of the modern Park Lane Office Center began in June 2019 with completion now expected for mid-2021. The 23,500 sqm building has 11 floors above ground and two underground levels.
The main shareholder in the project is Park Lane Developments – a joint venture between Bulgaria AG Capital and the managing director Tanya Kosev-Boshova. The financial investor in the office project is the entrepreneur Dilyan Pavlov – co-founder of Dynamo Software. The modern Park Lane Office Center is located in one of the fastest growing areas in Sofia – Hladilnika. The design was provided by studio Planning, led by the architect Ilian Iliev. The main contractor for the construction activities is Pipe System, while foundation work was carried out by Venkov Engineering.
