Panattoni is planning to start construction on the City Logistics Warsaw Airport II center. The facility will be located near Warsaw’s Chopin International Airport and will offer 9,000 sqm. The project already signed two tenants: a distributor of building materials and an aircraft producer. In line with the rest of its projects, Panattoni is aiming to secure BREEAM Very Good certification for City Logistics Warsaw Airport II.
