The office stock in the Tri-City region is on course to exceed 1 million sqm aftera number of ongoing projects are completed, according to Walter Herz. The Tri-City market, which is one of the fastest growing regional centers in Poland, currently has almost 870,000 sqm of office space. The facilities are modern, as most of the offices in the Tri-City region were built just a few years ago. The largest projects completed this year in the Tri-City region included two office buildings in Gdansk, offering 25,000 sqm of offices each: the Olivia Prime B building at the Olivia Business Center complex and the Wave office building by Skanska.
