Four companies signed leases at Eli Park 1, taking more than 10,000 sqm of space in the logistic park’s recently delivered second phase. The property is located in Bucharest’s Chitila-Buftea area. The new tenants include Euro Games Technology Romania, Mobilier 1, Decor Floor and Dentotal. Eli Park 1 was developed by Element Industrial in partnership with the Dedeman Group. “We are pleased that Eli Park 1 meets the requirements of a wide range of end users of various sizes and operating in different industries,” said Muler Onofrei, CEO and co-founder of Element Industrial.
