BIG CEE has acquired a logistics and distribution complex leased by Kuehne Nagel located in Belgrade. The acquisition was mediated by CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group. BIG CEE BIG CEE is part of BIG Shopping Centers Israel which currently operates 59 shopping centers around the world, including 27 shopping centers in the US and 7 in Serbia.
Kuehne Nagel has been operating in Serbia since 2002. The company provides air, sea and road transport services, but focuses on high value-added segments such as IT integrated logistics solutions. The 17,000 facility is located on a plot of land along the border of Dobanovci and Ugrinovac in Belgrade that allows for further expansion and investment.
