According to data from advertisements on Crozilla.com, June rental prices for Zagreb apartments fell slightly over the past year, but were still higher than in the same month in 2017 or 2018. The asking rents in June began from €250 and up. For smaller apartments, rents on units of up to 40 square meters were around €430, while the average price for larger apartments of between 80 and 100 sqm was around €950. Earlier data from Crozilla.com showed that rental prices rose slightly as early as August, and usually reached their annual peak in September, when demand is highest. But the situation could change this fall, if a second wave of coronavirus materializes.
