AFI Europe has completed the first phase of the AFI City residential project in Bucharest’s Bucurestii Noi neighborhood. The phase includes 190 apartments and 228 above-ground parking spaces. Following the completion of the first phase, AFI City secured the Green Homes certification from the Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC). The investment value of the first phase amounts to €16m. TGC was the general contractor. All the apartments have already been sold.
