Two investors bought hotel rooms and apartments at the Nordis Mamaia 5 mixed-use project along Romania’s Black Sea coast. The transactions totaled more than €5m and represent two entire floors of the ensemble. Nordis Mamaia 5 will include four 11-story buildings, two of which are intended for hotel space and two for residential units. Construction on the first building is done, and Nordis Group is working on the fit-out. Construction on the second building is well underway, and work recently started on the third. The project is set for completion next year.
