The first tourists from Britain have arrived in Greece after the lifting of the ban for them to enter. There are still concerns that it could threaten Greece’s healthcare system. However, they were the second largest group of tourists, following Germans, producing €2.56bn in revenues last year. Many Britons are already looking for flights to Greece and are planning vacations. Greece is trying to promote tourism to the greatest extent possible, despite the ongoing coronavirus crisis and fears of an impending second wave.
