XLMX obchodní s.r.o. has leased 16,000 sqm of warehouse space in CTPark Prague East in Nupaky with a view to setting up a regional warehouse for the furniture retailer XXXLutz. The new warehouse’s proximity to the company’s store in Prague was a key criteria in the choice of location, says Walter Muller, a managing director at XLMX. “The new regional warehouse is a step that will provide a further boost to XXXLutz, the brand under which we are currently integrating the existing Kika stores. We aim to offer our customers maximum convenience and to be as close to them as possible. “The logo will be unmissable for passing cars,” says Vit Zdrahal, Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Agency team that facilitated the transaction. Jakub Kodr Senior Business Development Manager at CTP, said the success in concluding a deal with such a strong retailer and brand would strengthen the park.
