The sale of houses in Portugal grew 11 percent in June compared to May, the second consecutive month of growth. Compared to June 2019, prices were up 13.8 percent. Collected by Confidencial Imobiliário, the results show that sales were now just 35 percent below what they were in January, better than the 53 percent drop recorded in April. The company suggests that stability may be coming to the market, with prices having risen 0.8 percent in June compared to May for the third consecutive monthly price rise.
