One United Properties recently sold two penthouses at One Mircea Eliade, the residential component of the One Floreasca City project in Bucharest, for €7.2m. The two units sold by the project developer offer 600 sqm of space each and are equipped with terraces. They each spread over one full floor of the project. Each unit is valued at €3.6m. The One Mircea Eliade transactions have been the biggest apartment sales in Romania so far this year. Completion of the project is scheduled for the end of 2020.
