Montenegro projects have attracted investments of EUR 1.7 billion

Of the €1.7 billion that’s been invested into projects in Montenegro in recent years, the biggest portion (more than €1 billion) has been concentrated in Tivat.

The Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism submitted these figures to the government, including the remainder of the investments: Herceg Novi has received €643.5 million in investment, Ulcinj €24.64 million and Budva €8.3 million.

The investment for Porto Montenegro alone exceeded the agreed amount of €450 million. Lustica Development is developing a tourist resort on 690 hectares of land near Tivat.

Blue Horizons has invested €71 million into its project to date, including €1.5 since January.
