RealCo Property Investment and Development is finalizing its refurbishment of the tenement house located at Wilcza 19 in Warsaw’s city center. The ceilings, window and door joinery and all installations are being replaced. For the convenience of residents, each stairwell in the building will gain a modern internal elevator. The historic shape of the building will be retained, and decorations and details will be restored. Wilcza 19 will accommodate 41 apartments with new layouts on six floors. Owing to a wide choice of interior finishing materials and products, such as floor and wall claddings, fittings, ceramics and internal doors, kitchen furniture and household appliances, clients will have broad opportunities of choosing the best interior design.
