German investment group Real I.S. AG has acquired a mixed-use property from KKH Property Investors located in the center of Barcelona. The 4,000 sqm building dates back to 1910 and is located in the historic center of Barcelona.
It’s divided equally into commercial space, which is fully leased to F.C. Barcelona’s flagship store, and office space, which houses the headquarters of SEAT Metropolis Lab Barcelona. The company specializes in the development of software for networks and mobility solutions belonging to the SEAT Group.
Savills Aguirre Newman has acted as business and technical advisor during the acquisition, while BDO and Linklaters LLP have provided tax and legal advice to Real I.S. For its part, KKH Property Investors has been advised by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
