The American hotel group Hilton will open its first luxury resort of its premium brand, Conrad, on the grounds of the Hyde Park on the Costa del Sol. The chain, which owns almost twenty brands, has signed an agreement with the Platinum Estates group, controlled by the Mohinani family, to open the Conrad. The 50,000 square meter plot has a constructed area of 40,000. In total, the investment in the project will be €70m. The 194-room hotel, which will include several pools, a large spa and a high-end restaurant, is expected to open in 2022.
