FERA, one of the best known pet stores in Poland, has renegotiated its warehouse lease agreement at Prologis Park Wrocław, where it occupies 4,600 sqm of warehouse and office space. The company was represented by Cresa. Prologis Park Wrocław is fully leased and offers an area of more than 170,000 sqm. The property is equipped with a number of innovative technical solutions that provide convenience, energy efficiency and care for the natural environment. “In Prologis Park Wrocław we host not only the warehouse of FERA, but also the company’s online returns center. Each lease extension is confirmation that our clients appreciate our wide range of services and partnership approach,” said Magdalena Kostjan, senior leasing manager at Prologis.
