One United Properties has acquired the Office1 building in Bucharest’s Aviation area from the developer Conarg. The deal is worth €15m. The new owner has rebranded the building from Office1 to One Herastrau Office. The office project, completed six months ago, has a leasable area of 7,500 sqm and 144 parking spaces. One United Properties has just started the leasing process. Starbucks has signed on to open a cafe on the ground floor.
