Hines Global Income Trust has completed its first transaction on the Spanish office market, the acquisition of an office building worth €29.2m. The complex is fully leased for six years to Airbus and consists of six office and industrial buildings. The 43,387 sqm asset is located in the Corredor del Henares sub-market of Madrid opposite the A2 motorway and in close proximity to the city’s airport.
The CEO of Hines Global said that the transaction would provide the company exposure to an asset with an excellent location in Madrid substantial potential for improvement.
