YIT launches sale of Phase II flats at Ranta Barrandov

22 June 2020

The residential developer YIT has put 118 low-energy homes on sale in its Prague 5 project Ranta Barrandov. Construction on this second phase of the project should be completed in the last quarter of 2021, while tenants of the 118 units already underway will be able to move in next spring. “Demand for residential space in the attractive Prague district of Barrandov is extremely high, which is reflected in the interest in Ranta Barrandov. The flats in the first phase are almost 70 percent sold, which is why we launched the second phase,” says Dana Bartoňová, sales director at YIT Stavo. While there is a great deal of green space in nearby parks, the developer is building a private park between the buildings of the new project. The C.A.I.S. architekti studio handled the project’s design, which includes four buildings ranging from four to eight storeys. Another developer is planning the construction of a supermarket nearby together with a multifunctional sports center.
