The developer Crestyl has secured occupation permits for 35 row homes in Výsoký Újezd to the west of Prague. Located next to two apartment buildings Crestyl completed earlier in the year, the new row homes have all been sold. Director Omar Koleilat says his team is currently working on a restaurant and grocery store that go along with the project, together with the planting of 1,200 trees around the village. The multiphase project includes family homes, construction plots where clients can build their own homes and apartments. Crestyl built a water treatment plant to ensure the village could continue to grow. Výsoký Újezd is located between Zličín on Prague’s western edge and the town of Beroun next to the Albatross golf club.
