Ana Tower, an office building developed by George Copos in Bucharest’s Expozitiei area, has secured LEED Platinum certification. The project offers about 43,700 sqm of leasable office and commercial space on 25 floors as well as 365 underground and above-ground parking spots. The investment is valued at €60m. “We are glad that Ana Tower brings a new quality standard on the Romanian market. The LEED Platinum certification undoubtedly attests this,” said Copos.
