FRI-EL Buildings is planning to invest more than €80m to develop a residential project in Timisoara. The complex, Ateneo Timisoara, will offer 1,300 apartments. The first phase of the project will include 153 apartments in three buildings, following an investment of approximately €10m. The first two buildings will be completed in spring 2021, and the third building will be delivered at the end of next year. FRI-EL Buildings is part of FRI-EL Green Power, one of the largest producers of renewable energy in Italy.
Ateneo Timisoara will include a 2,500 sqm Lidl store, which will be built by the end of this year, as well as nine sports fields, a kindergarten and a shopping center. There will be retail space on the ground floor of the residential blocks.
