Gorąco Polecam has leased 141 sqm at Chmielna 89 in the Warsaw city center. The 14-story office building offers 24,000 sqm of leasable space, including service units on the ground floor. The glass facade with subtle architectural detailing brings out an avant-garde character of the project. The building also features 370 sqm of cascading green terraces. The building is being developed by Cavatina Holding. In November, Globalworth signed a deal to acquire the project.
