Ellie Mae has leased 2,000 sqm at Cavatina Hall in Bielsko-Biała. Cushman & Wakefield advised the US-based software services company during the lease process. The tenant is scheduled to move into the mixed-use building in Q3. Cavatina Hall is located on Dworkowa street and will offer 9,000 sqm of office and service space as well as 224 parking spots. The investment will include a concert hall with seating for 1,000 people and a recording studio. The project is being developed by Cavatina.
