Panattoni Europe has started construction of a high-tech BTS facility for Phoenix Contact E-Mobility in Rzeszów. The investment will be located at the Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park, which will promote the tenant’s collaboration with research centers and ensure good access to qualified staff. The tenant will be provided with a 111 sqm compressor room, 627 sqm of testing space and a 67 sqm pumping plant. The facility will be commissioned in early 2021 and will provide workplaces for 330 people. “With a wide portfolio of locations at our disposal, we draw the attention of companies looking to get closer to workers, as well as customers. This new collaboration shows that our facilities also guarantee easy access to the regional research and academic centers, and at the same time to a qualified labor pool,” said Marek Foryński, managing director of the BTS group at Panattoni.
