The developer Crestyl has completed the final portion of the residential portion of its project DOCK on the edge of Prague 8’s Karlin and Libeň neighborhoods. DOCK Marina Boulevard, the latest portion of the scheme to be finished is located on a peninsula in a meander of the Vltava. It includes five apartment buildings with a total of 150 flats, including several large penthouses that offer private pools and yards. Crestyl has managed to sell 97 percent of all the units which range in size from 33 sqm to 250 sqm. Earlier this year, Crestyl completed construction of DOCK in Three, a 16,000 sqm office building, while construction of DOCK in Four, a 20,000 sqm building, is now underway.
