The collapsed Atlas Bank has announced that it will be selling off real estate it holds in Budva. The tender is for a building with 15 apartments, a 21-car garage and commercial space. Non-residential premises and a technical room are also on sale for the property, which is being valued at €3.68m.
The starting price for the largest offered business space of 348 sqm is €1.22m. The oral auction will take place in the premises of Atlas Bank on July 9. Foreign as well as domestic individuals and companies may participate, but so long as they deposit 10 percent of the property they’re interested in bidding on.
