Construction of the U Hvězdy residential project, situated right next to the Hvězda Game Reserve, is continuing successfully. Its rough structure was completed this May and work is now focused on the interiors.
The U Hvězdy residents will include 15 generously apportioned units, each with its own terrace or front garden. With the rough structure now complete, clients can easily picture the views and layouts offered by each apartment. Final approval is planned for Q1 2021. The units will then be sold fully finished to a high standard. The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has been exclusively retained to sell the apartments in this new residence.
