Duco will move into City Space’s flex office located in Nobilis Business House in Wrocław. JLL advised the data management services provider during the lease process. Nobilis Business House is a class A building offering 17,000 sqm of office space on six floors. The project includes 72 parking spaces for bicycles as well as changing rooms with showers and drying rooms. The developer of the project is Echo Investment, while DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne was responsible for the design.
