7R has started advanced work on the warehouse space for No Limit within its Park Sosnowiec complex in the Silesian metropolitan area. The logistics operator will move in this September. The facility will offer 5,000 sqm and will be the first warehouse in accordance with 7R’s new green eco-concept. The investment will be entirely powered by renewable energy sources and BREEAM certified. Kwadrat Polska and Atlas Ward designed the project, while the general contractor is Atlas Ward.
