MVGM has taken over the management of Forum 76 in Łódź. The investment includes two buildings and is located on Piłsudskiego street. The scheme offers 7,700 sqm of class A office and retail space. On the neighboring property to Forum 76 is the Monopolis investment, which will further strengthen the service offer. The developer is Virako, while the general contractor is Condite.
