Cordia, part of the Futureal group, is planning to develop a residential complex on the shores of Lake Tei in Bucharest. The developer submitted its plan for public debate in mid-April. The project is to go up on five parcels. It will include a 14-story building with 250 apartments. The investment is valued at €20m, which includes the price of the land.
The company announced last spring that it will allocate €100m for four new residential projects in Bucharest. The Lake Tei project, however, is not part of this program, according to company representatives.
