Tomasz Mrowczyk has been appointed senior partner at Griffin, where he will be responsible for the development of the private equity department. Mrowczyk has 15 years of financial experience. Before joining Griffin Real Estate, Mrowczyk worked at PZU Group for 11 years, where he headed the private equity, venture capital and private credit businesses. He oversaw the origination, structuring and execution of more than 100 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €5bn across different capital structures.
