FFA Real Estate Ltd., a real estate advisory firm acting on behalf of the special purpose vehicle MIDOLUX 2 SA, has acquired MÅodziejowski Palace in Warsaw. The seller is Patrizia AG, acting on behalf of its investment fund. CBRE advised the seller, while the legal advice was provided by Dentons. MÅodziejowski Palace is a historic building, originally constructed in the 17th century, reconstructed in the 19th century and restored after World War II. The project is located on Miodowa street in the center of Warsaw and offers 6,970 sqm of leasable space. OTB Investment was appointed asset manager of the building.
