Uniq Logistic has leased 5,700 sqm of warehouse and office space at MLP Pruszków II. The Polish logistics company was represented by Axi Immo during the lease process. MLP Pruszków II is located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, 5 km from Pruszków. The complex is the largest logistics hub in the region, with a target leasable area of 309,000 sqm. More than half the buildings are already in use. The park is expanding, with 40,000 sqm in pre-construction or construction phases.
