Colliers International has taken over the management of two new buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków. The scheme, which will provide 70,000 sqm of office space, is being developed by Skanska next to the main railway station and Galeria Krakowska. The complex will be the first office space in Kraków with WELL certificate solutions. “High5ive is a long-awaited and one of the most recognizable office projects in Kraków. The developer took care not only to provide high-quality office space to the market but also to develop the surroundings of the investment, so that both tenants and the local community can use it,” said Agnieszka Krzekotowska, director of real estate management services at Colliers International. Currently, Colliers International manages a total of almost 92,000 sqm of office space in Kraków in three projects.
