JTI Polska has leased 8,500 sqm at the Norblin Factory office scheme in Warsaw. The investment will seat JTI’s global business service center. The company, part of Japan Tobacco International, will move to the new office in the second quarter of 2021. Norblin Factory will offer 65,000 sqm of usable area, out of which 41,000 sqm will be office space. The remaining 24,000 sqm will be a compilation of several functions, including entertainment, restaurants, services, retail, culture and wellness. Capital Park Group is the investor, while PRC Architekci designed the complex. Warbud is the main contractor, and subcontractors include Soletanche Polska, Maat4 as well as TKT Engineering.
