Colliers International has taken over the management of the Prosta Office Center in Warsaw. The property, owned by KGAL Investment Management, offers 20,000 sqm of class A office and 800 sqm of retail and service space on nine floors. The project is located in the vicinity of the Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw’s city center. The building was completed in 2007 by Ghelamco. The building has a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
