Thomas Völker has been named as the new Head of Financing and Treasury at KanAm Grund Group. Völker was last responsible for commercial finance business in Europe at Munich Hypothekenbank as Head of Commercial Real Estate International Clients. He takes up his new post on May 1st. He worked previously for Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) as Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Financing in Continental and Northern Europe and for Aareal Bank in Wiesbaden. In 2019, KanAm Grund Group’s institutional business accounted for around 75 percent of the more than 50 individual transactions in Germany and Europe and more than €2bn.
