Euro Styl, a Tri-City developer and part of the Dom Development S.A. Capital Group, has secured the occupancy permit for its Polanki Apartamenty residential project in Gdańsk. The scheme is located in the Gdańsk Oliwa district and features two buildings offering in total nine apartments. The units range in size from 22 sqm to 97 sqm and have terraces or balconies. The project offers parking spots as well as storage areas. The investment area is decorated with sculptures depicting the heads of a woman and a man by Monika Jenowein-Patyczek.
