Investa has prolonged its lease in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park in Brwinów, near Warsaw. The Polish stainless steel and aluminium distributor will occupy 5,600 sqm of warehouse and office space. Investa has been a tenant of the park since 2015, when it moved from MLP Pruszków I, where it had been located since 2010. A new lease was signed in 2016 that included the construction of a new BTS building for Investa with 4,800 sqm of warehousing and 800 sqm of office and amenity area. This should be completed at the beginning of 2021.
